Email enquiries
Assessment links open your own email application with a suggested subject and questions. This website does not receive the content unless you choose to send the email.
The WhatsApp links open WhatsApp with a suggested first message to Sam’s number. The enquiry box on the home page puts what you type into a WhatsApp message on your own device and opens it; this website never receives or stores what you type. If you reached the site through a link that names where it came from (for example an email), the message notes that source so Sam knows which conversation it continues. Anything you send in WhatsApp is handled by WhatsApp under its own terms.
Analytics
We use Vercel Web Analytics for anonymised, aggregated page views and assessment-link events. For the enquiry box it records only that the button was pressed. It does not use cookies. No message content, business name or email address is included in those events.
